Flexible and stainless metallic fibres for concrete paving or flooring

FIBRAFLEX metallic fibres help increase the resistance of concrete or mortars used in paving and flooring, whether on new build or repair work. The "concrete + fibres" solution is used in the following applications :

indent3

Screeds for under floor heating

indent3

Thin flooring or screeds for car-parks, private garages, storage areas, etc...

indent3

Acid resistant and frost resistant flooring

Puncture resistant paving (where there are vehicles with snow chains etc...)

Utilisation

The fibres are added to the concrete or mortar during the mixing of the dry components. The resulting mix is then cast. Finishing is done easily using a straight edge.

Typical dosage : from 10 to 15 kg / m³

Product references used (depending on the desired pumpability) :

Example: under-floor heating or cooling systems

The proposed solution is a cement or anhydrite screed reinforced with FIBRAFLEX FF15E0 fibres.

Advantages :

Can be pumped over long distances

No damage to heating elements

15 % increase in flexion resistance

Limited shrinkage
